It is enjoyable to grind sesame seeds in a small mortar while waiting. You can choose the texture of the batter, and the fried food is crispy and fragrant, with a strong taste of the meat. The thick pork cutlet is tender and provides satisfaction with each bite. The chicken tender cutlet is also moist and delicious without being dry. The cabbage is piled high, and you can enjoy a change of flavor with three types of dressing and two sauces. The potato salad has a coarse texture with a good amount of pepper, and the shrimp is firm and pairs well with the homemade tartar sauce.
