As rumored, the seafood is fresh and everything is very delicious. The vinegared rice has a gentle sweetness that enhances the flavor of the sashimi. The chef's special rice bowl combines tuna, salmon, scallops, cucumber, omelet, and fish cake, all of which are complemented by the aroma of sesame, making it hard to stop eating. The bowl with medium fatty tuna and fresh swordfish has the perfect combination of the rich fat of the medium fatty tuna and the refreshing sweetness of the fresh swordfish. The fried horse mackerel has a fragrant and light batter, while the inside is fluffy. The fried rainbow trout is also fragrant and packed with deliciousness. The seafood rice bowl features various parts of tuna, along with salmon roe, sweet shrimp, surf clam, octopus, scallops, and yellowtail, providing great satisfaction.
