As soon as I entered the restaurant, a wonderful aroma of spices wafted through the air, making me excited. For the three kinds of curry, I chose a set that included a seafood curry with a rich shrimp flavor, tender pork belly, and a scallop and vegetable spice curry. The seafood sauce, enhanced by the richness of squid, clung to the rice and was irresistibly delicious. The pork belly was so tender that it fell apart with chopsticks, and it paired perfectly with the sweet and spicy roux. The scallop curry highlighted the freshness of aromatic vegetables, and the spices gradually spread in the background. The bright and clean interior of the restaurant, along with the efficient service from the staff, made even the waiting time feel enjoyable.
