Torihashi is one of the top recommended yakitori restaurants in Niigata, featuring horigotatsu, irori table seating, and tatami mat areas that create a really nice atmosphere. Of course, the yakitori is incredibly delicious. The half-fried chicken is also seriously tasty. It's a place I want to visit again.

Lunch is only omakase with 12 pieces of nigiri.
The white-meat fish is unique, and the fish is made from seasonal fish from Sado Island, and the flavor is fully brought out by letting it rest. Button prawns and nodoguro are also served with a twist that makes a strong impression. The blowfish milt with a hint of garlic on top is irresistible. The rice is also firm.
I had the first time to try the sea somen (seaweed) as an appetizer, and it was insanely delicious. It was amazing.

I usually go alone so I can just use a counder, but this time I had a companion who really wanted spare ribs, so I made a reservation. I had the chicken confit and she had the tender, melt-in-your-mouth spare ribs. I had the chicken confit and my companion was very satisfied with the tender and melt-in-your-mouth spare ribs.

I went to a restaurant that I had been curious about for a while, as I was able to make a reservation! Since it was during the Obon holiday period, the restaurant was very crowded. I had the hamburger, roast beef comparison bowl, today's dessert, and cream cheese pudding. The hamburger was juicy when I cut into it... even though it was coarsely ground, it was completely different from the ones made with supermarket ground meat, and everything including the appetizers was very delicious ♡. However, despite having made a reservation, I was told due to a mix-up that my stay would be limited to one hour, so I couldn't relax ^^; (But thank you for your consideration!). Still, there are many other menu items that I'm curious about, so I would like to make another reservation and visit again. I would appreciate it if I could spend a little more quietly next time!

The main purpose was to meet Hana-chan, but of course I was also looking forward to the food menu. There were many options, and I was indecisive, but I had the salt soba with tempura. The tempura was crispy, and having it with salt was incredibly delicious! The dessert, cafe jelly, was also tasty.
