When I casually stopped by, a warm atmosphere typical of a town Chinese restaurant spread out, making me feel at ease. The first dish that arrived was a rich brown soup, with a perfect balance of umami and saltiness. The fried rice was fluffy and separated, with finely chopped char siu and naruto as accents, and the aroma of black pepper whetted my appetite. Next, the gyoza had a strong garlic aroma while still allowing the light sweetness of the vegetables to shine through, making it feel like I could eat as many as I wanted. The omelette rice was gently wrapped in a thin omelet, and the spicy pepper paired perfectly with the rich ketchup. Despite the owner managing everything alone, the service was quick, and I was happy to enjoy the dishes leisurely at the table.
