During lunch, they serve kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot), and in the evening, they offer a set of yakitori and kamameshi. The owner trained at the renowned 'Torigin' in Ginza, and the yakitori, made with a traditional sauce that has been passed down for 50 years, is exceptional. The kamameshi is cooked to order, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of options, including mixed ingredients, mountain vegetables, and matsutake mushrooms.
