Beef tongue that never gets old This is my first time. I have been to Tsukasa in Sendai, but this is a branch restaurant. I have only had set menus in Sendai, so this is my first time to use Izakaya (Japanese style bar). Order Spicy sauce Beef tongue grilled with miso Tataki Tsukune Chirashi with green onion Beef tongue potato salad Edamame (soybeans) and oshinko (pickled radish) are served as service. Thank you for your kindness! I was not bored at all because I could enjoy beef tongue with various tastes and textures! I especially recommend the tsukune! I especially recommend the tsukune! Since they don't use tuna, you feel like you are eating a high quality hamburger steak! The customer service is also very energetic and favorable. Thank you very much!

I enjoyed the beef tongue. The service was excellent, they kept an eye on our table and brought us water when we ran out before we could tell them. I would like to go back again.
