I visited for lunch and was excited by the variety of udon menu options. The broth for the chicken nanban was clear, with a gentle sweetness and a strong umami flavor that left a lasting impression. The thin noodles were soft and had a good texture, sliding down easily. The mini bowl with freshly fried katsu had an excellent aroma from the sauce and the juiciness of the meat. It was also fun to freely choose combinations like the mini bowl with udon or shrimp tempura. In the calm atmosphere filled with regular customers, I was able to leisurely enjoy the deliciousness.
