The sauce is meant to be shared by everyone, and it is only applied once. The batter is crispy, and the aroma of freshly fried food is very pleasant. There is a wide variety of skewers to enjoy, including quail eggs, lotus root, pickled ginger, and chicken gizzards. Eating the Spanish mackerel with salt brings out its rich umami flavor and delightful aroma. The simmered beef sinew has a gentle richness from the miso, making it hard to resist. The friendly atmosphere with the blue counter and round chairs allowed me to fully enjoy the skewered cutlets in a relaxed manner.
