Located at the northern edge of Tokigawa Town, Narukiya Togakushi Soba is a rare establishment that offers authentic Togakushi soba produced by contracted farmers. You can also enjoy udon made with local flour from Saitama Prefecture, which perfectly enhances the flavors of both soba and udon. The restaurant uses freshly ground buckwheat flour to serve freshly made noodles, making it especially recommended for soba enthusiasts. In a calm atmosphere, the tempura and a la carte dishes made with carefully selected ingredients are also exquisite.
