First, you receive a bag, put away your shoes and outerwear, and then step up to the tatami room. The thick loin has a satisfying texture like steak and is juicy when grilled. The short ribs are tender, and the offal and skirt steak are fragrant, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The tongue is cut thick, and when dipped in lemon, it can be enjoyed refreshingly. They also prepare liver sashimi by reservation, which pairs well with sesame oil sauce. The friendly staff take photos for you and engage in lively conversations about rakugo, making it a comfortable place to be.
