It's a small shop with only a counter, and when you sit in front of the teppan, a savory aroma spreads. The owner carefully grills everything by himself, so you have to wait a little until it's ready, but that time is also exciting. The okonomiyaki is packed with ingredients, and the combination of mentaiko, mochi, and cheese is particularly rich and irresistible. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of having prepared the ingredients I requested, like spinach and chives, and it had a gentle flavor. At the counter, regular customers naturally engage in conversation, and you can enjoy a pleasant time with drinks. Each dish, from yakisoba to the final ramen, finished on the teppan, was delicious, making for a highly satisfying night.
