Nagasaki oden is the highlight, and the aroma of dried flying fish stock spreads gently, making me very satisfied. The clear broth is gentle yet rich in flavor, and it seeps into the body smoothly. The radish and eggs are well-infused with flavor, making it hard to stop eating. The small appetizer and a bite of cold soba are thoughtful touches that elevate the mood from the start. Red and blue yuzu pepper are provided, and mixing them according to preference adds a fun twist to the flavor. The snacks like taro and shabu-shabu oysters, as well as dried flying fish, are delicious, allowing for a quietly happy time.
