As soon as you enter, the counter catches your eye, and the staff kindly greets you. The fried items are cooked fresh after you place your order, so you can enjoy them hot. The croquettes have a gentle sweetness and are fluffy, and their nice aroma whets your appetite. The minced cutlet has a strong meat flavor, and the more you chew, the more umami you taste. They handle carefully selected meats like Omi beef and Saga beef, which shows their commitment. If you wish, they can cut it from the block for you, which is great for meat lovers.
