Worth a year's wait! We came to Kishiwada and Kumeida! Today, I was looking forward to a dinner party here! What a surprise! Reservations have been waiting for a year... If I were invited to such a precious meeting, I would go there even if it is far away. And I heard from someone who went there that it was a very good value for money and very satisfying, so I'm looking forward to it! Russeki Roseki About 5 minutes walk southeast from JR Kumeida Station. Two reservations per day Reservations are made on the first day of each month for the same month of the following year. I understand that you made a reservation in October one year ago. I heard that the organization of the courses changes depending on the season. The course is based on the owner's discretion, using what is in season. October's course was a course using matsutake mushrooms. Toast with plum wine and soda! Everyone, let's toast with draft beer! Appetizers Hamo no orochi (pike conger), chestnuts, prawns Grilled mackerel with salt, Edamame (soybeans) soaked matsutake mushroom and mitsuba From the appetizers to the elaborate dishes, the gourmets were excited! The mackerel was fatty and fluffy! The edamame was hard-boiled, which I really liked! The soaked matsutake mushrooms are soaked to the skin! The hamo (pike conger eel) was served on a bed of oranges! The hamo is served on a bed of oranges, which have been beautifully hollowed out to make it easier to eat! It's amazing how elaborate and detailed it is! Steamed in an earthenware teapot The best way to enjoy matsutake mushrooms is by steaming them in an earthenware teapot! Matsutake mushrooms are cut into large pieces and placed inside! The aroma is so strong, you can only smell the goodness! The broth soaks into every part of your body! If you squeeze a little vinegar dachi, it adds a refreshing citrus flavor and tightens up the taste! I think I could drink this for the rest of my life! It's the best! Thinly sliced flatfish Thinly sliced flatfish with a delicious crunchy texture! It is wrapped with leek and served with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice). A big box arrived! Open it up and you'll see Full of autumn ↑I decided on my own (lol) The box is filled to the brim with autumnal delicacies! Matsutake mushrooms, chestnuts, prawns, abalone, all of them are large in size! The matsutake mushrooms are so big that it's a luxury! I am so happy to be able to eat such a size! This is what I mean when I say that New Year's and Bon Festival come at once! Matsutake mushroom wrapped with beef Matsutake mushrooms wrapped in wagyu beef. Very juicy and melt-in-your-mouth meat! This is definitely a good piece of Wagyu beef! It was served with a refreshing, grated ponzu-style sauce, so it was very light and refreshing! ■Matsutake mushroom rice Matsutake mushroom rice cooked in an earthenware pot! The matsutake mushrooms were so plentiful that everyone was excited to see them! The matsutake mushrooms were on the top of the bowl! Oh, my God! Oh, my God! Oh, my God! Oh, my God! The aroma was so good, and the rice cooked in an earthenware pot was cooked to perfection! Dessert The apple sorbet was filled with pears and kiwi under the sorbet! I am sure they use the best fruits! I was so full! I can't remember the price, but I remember it wasn't more than 10,000 yen! That's a bargain for eating matsutake mushrooms and other high quality ingredients! The owner of the restaurant cooks the food by himself, so he can only serve two groups a day! I think so! And once you come here, you'll want to come back again! Booking a year in advance, it's quite narrow, but I would like to come in a different season if I could!
