It's convenient to be able to go without getting wet in the rain since it's along the underground passage. The freshly fried cutlet has a light and crispy coating, and the meat is tender and satisfying. The cabbage that comes out first is plentiful, and it's nice that you can have a refill. The rice and miso soup are also refillable, which is helpful when you want to eat a lot. It's fun to grind the sesame seeds yourself, and they go well with the grated daikon sauce. You can enjoy the shabu-shabu rolled cutlet with ponzu sauce, and the loin cutlet with sauce, allowing you to change the flavors and enjoy it deliciously until the end.
