All of the meats here have a wonderful aroma, and first, the large white sausage was fluffy and absolutely the best. When grilled in a frying pan until golden brown, the outside lightly colors while the inside remains soft, bringing happiness. Since it is thick, cutting it once before grilling ensures even cooking and a good texture. The thick-cut bacon is piping hot, with a delightful aroma and just the right amount of fatty flavor that pairs perfectly with beer. The ham, with its pleasant cherry blossom smoke aroma, can be enjoyed as is or grilled. The thickly sliced prosciutto, when paired with pear, enhances its sweetness, making it very satisfying.
