Yakiniku has both lean meat and offal that are flavorful, and especially the offal is plump and satisfying. The hot pot where you can choose the spiciness by number is fun, and I was able to order two levels of spiciness to compare. The soup is well infused with the ingredients, and the bean sprouts and meatballs pair perfectly. The spiciness is sharp, making you want to drink more. I could easily finish even the final rice porridge. The staff are all smiling and efficient, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
