I bought and tasted the mackerel zushi from a restaurant I had never seen before, including as a trial. The taste is quite good, with a thin layer of oboro kombu (kelp) covering the mackerel. However, it would be better if the blood part of the mackerel could be removed so that the smell of the mackerel would be lessened a little. The price is reasonable for the volume.
