Founded by Alain Ducasse, the restaurant reflects his vast experience and hospitality and is known for its unique atmosphere that blends in with the natural beauty of Kyoto. Based on Alain Ducasse's philosophy, the restaurant continues to offer creative cuisine utilizing local ingredients.

Born in San Remo, Italy, he joined Alain Ducasse's restaurant "Le Grill" in the prestigious "Hôtel de Paris" in Monaco in 2012. Since then, he studied under Alain Ducasse for 10 years. He offers a unique style of cuisine that combines Italian and French cooking techniques.
