The chewy texture of the fresh pasta is pleasant, and the quality of the handmade dish comes through. The tomato sauce is refreshing with a light aroma of shiso leaves, making it enjoyable to eat without getting tired of it until the end. The salad pairs well with the homemade dressing, and it's nice that bread is served alongside it. The interior is quiet and relaxing, with cute decor that makes it comfortable. A cheerful chef welcomes you, creating a homely atmosphere where you can unwind. In addition to pasta and pizza, there are also risottos and gratins, and I became even more fond of the place when I heard they use homegrown vegetables, herbs, and organic rice.
