The sashimi is very fresh, and you can enjoy the balance of aging and the umami of the kelp. The sweetness of the squid, the chewy texture of the grilled sea bream, and the elasticity of the skin of the ribbonfish were impressive. For lunch, the shrimp tempura is crispy all the way to the head, and it pairs perfectly with the tartar sauce. The fried chicken has a fragrant coating and a strong seasoning that makes you want to keep eating rice. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) is smooth, and the flavors of the fava beans and crab spread gently. The bamboo shoot rice cooked in a pot and the aroma of the pepper on the beef dish also left a lasting impression, and I was satisfied until the end.
