The atmosphere is like a calm small restaurant, making it very comfortable. The flat udon noodles are glossy, have a firm texture, and are very delicious. The broth has a clear flavor, and when a little yuzu pepper is added, the aroma is enhanced. The tempura has a light batter that doesn't feel greasy and pairs well with the richness of the dipping sauce. The chilled tantan udon has the fragrance of sesame and the gentleness of soy milk, with spiciness layered on top, followed by a subtle bonito aroma. The homemade mackerel and fragrant belly cuts are also elaborate fish dishes that make you want to enjoy more sake.
