You can enjoy various flavors of Akita, and you can feel that each dish is made with care and effort. The grilled Hatahata fish is so tender that you can't help but smile. There are also grilled Kiritanpo and Yokote yakisoba, which provide a sense of satisfaction. The sashimi, including fresh sakura shrimp and seared bonito, was impressive and suited my taste. There are also set meals available, so you can enjoy a leisurely meal even without drinking. It's a bit hard to find, but the calm atmosphere makes it easy to enter even alone.
