As you pass through the calm-looking door, a cozy space centered around a counter unfolds, allowing for a relaxed time. With a veteran chef and a landlady working in perfect harmony, the service is attentive, and it's nice to have water refilled promptly. For lunch, three types of Western dishes are prepared on a weekly rotation, each accompanied by a salad, ensuring a good balance. The chicken nanban, generously coated with homemade tartar sauce, has a crispy batter, and the juicy meat combined with the chunky egg texture is irresistible. The demi-glace sauce on the hand-formed hamburger is rich in aroma and depth, evoking a sense of nostalgia. Dishes like butter sautéed squid and asparagus, as well as hot and creamy croquettes, are carefully prepared, leaving you thoroughly satisfied with each plate.
