Photogenic Strawberry Season Menu We are at JR Takashimaya (๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧The event halls are all lined up like crazy for Valentine's Day (; ・・`д・・) 99.9% of the customers are women ( ´ థ౪థ) The pastry chefs are as popular as celebrities, taking pictures (; ・`д・´) Before you know it, Valentine's Day will become an event for women to eat for themselves! Valentine's Day has become an event for girls to eat for themselves! There were some things I wanted to try, but I don't like crowds, so I gave up and went to the Strawberry Fair on the 4th floor! The female staff member, who was making a fatherly gag, recommended the strawberry parfait with Amaou and Benihoppe, and we ordered it (๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧ It was indeed delicious... but the interior was just... not so cool. (The staff is older than you would expect from a stylish café, and it doesn't have the image of a beauty clinic! But, as expected...it's Nagoya, after all.

There are two kinds of peach parfait here. One is a regular peach parfait (1,512 yen) The other is a parfait using peaches from Okayama Prefecture (1,944 yen) The appearance and quantity seem to be somewhat the same! I wonder if there is a difference in the place of origin of the peaches? After much deliberation, I ordered the more expensive parfait! The parfait peaches that came out were still definitely sweet and delicious! (Holly ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! The peaches, you know? Yeah, definitely delicious! Delicious, but... But the bottom part is just average! I expected too much because of the price! (lol) Vanilla ice cream, peach granite, peach sorbet, jelly, whipped cream... Each was delicious, but I wanted more peaches... (extravagant!?) And my friend had a peach plated dessert that was so cute and adorable, it made me swoon! (o^^o)♡! I had a chance to taste it and it was delicious too! Thank you so much! Peach parfait for 4320 yen! I'm quite curious! But too expensive...

Kaorino Strawberry Parfait We hit the Takano Fruit Parlor during the strawberry fair (^o^) and shared two kinds of strawberry parfait. I don't usually have a chance to compare strawberries, but by tasting them together, I could really appreciate their individuality! The sweetness, of course, but also the texture of the pulp, the acidity, and the aroma are completely different. It was fun to enjoy the goodness of each one! I took this picture without thinking because I was so happy to eat parfait for the first time in a long time. Delicious fruit is so satisfying. There was strawberry jam, ice cream, granite, and the bottom layer was delicious. I want to try peaches and muscats this year.
