The grilled chicken is plump and very delicious. The liver and heart have no unpleasant smell and have a strong umami flavor. I also enjoyed the skewers mixed with perilla leaves and the moist chicken breast with wasabi, which had a good aroma and texture. Dishes like chicken wasabi, chanja with camembert, and salmon collar also left a memorable taste. In addition to the counter, there are tatami seating areas, making it comfortable to spend time alone. The friendly owner's attentive service made it a cozy place where I naturally wanted to linger.
