In the calm atmosphere of a traditional farmhouse, you can take off your shoes and relax. The thin handmade soba has a wonderful aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, a gentle sweetness spreads. First, savor a bite without any dipping sauce, and you can clearly taste the freshness of the freshly made noodles. The dipping sauce made with flying fish stock has a clear umami that enhances the flavor of the soba. The presentation served on a leaf is beautiful, and the noodles are so smooth that you can't stop using your chopsticks. The self-service soba tea is also a nice touch, and you can feel the thoughtful care from the staff, making for a pleasant time.

Noto beef is simmered in a broth with mushrooms and onions, then served over rice with a topping of onsen tamago (hot spring egg). In addition, the meal includes soba noodles, smoked tofu, pickles, and dessert, making it a hearty all-star meal. Noto is famous for its Noto beef, so be sure to give it a try.
