The soba is light-colored, glossy, with a beautiful cut and a slight elasticity. The dipping sauce has a rich flavor with a hint of sweetness, and the soy sauce flavor is strong. The tempura is well-fried with a good crispness, featuring shrimp, squid, and vegetables that provide a satisfying bite. There are tatami seating options available, which is great for families with children, and the soba-yu (noodle water) after the soba is of just the right thickness, providing a calming experience.
