The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the tables are spacious and comfortable. The meat grilled on the tabletop has a wonderful aroma, and the flavor balance is just right, making it easy to enjoy with white rice. The pleasantly chewy gizzards are very impressive, with a sharp saltiness. The heart sashimi, when eaten with sesame oil and salt, spreads its umami and brings a smile to your face. The classics like beef tongue and short ribs are highly satisfying, and the offal is prepared with great care.
