This restaurant is full of seafood, and everything looks exciting from the start. The fatty tuna melts softly on the tongue. The sweet shrimp has a strong sweetness, leaving a very happy aftertaste. The salmon roe, scallops, salmon, and squid are all fresh and pair perfectly with the vinegared rice. The bento packed with crabs is impressive, and just opening it lifts your spirits. You can easily enjoy the flavors of Hokkaido at department store events and train station bento, which is very satisfying.
