Nigiri-zushi is a perfect match for fresh ingredients. The neta is thick and hearty. The broth is light and kelp-based, and the thick, satisfying udon noodles reminded me of Onishi's udon noodles that used to be served near Kakogawa Station. The owner and his wife seem to know each other, and I got the impression that this is a local restaurant that has been loved by the locals for a long time. You will be full. Delivery service is also available. There are several spaces in the parking lot, so please park there. It is also a short walk from Beppu Station on the Sanyo Line.
