The cozy atmosphere in the alley of Ichinisan is pleasant. I prefer the way of eating tuna cut into chunks combined with grated yam, which makes it easy to eat. The miso soup, filled with ingredients like radish, mushrooms, and fried tofu, is hearty. It also comes with small side dishes and a slightly sweet omelet, giving a sense of home-cooked flavor. The simmered dishes and appetizers are carefully prepared, adding warmth to the experience. Although there are few seats, it's nice to relax at the counter, and I appreciate the addition of a banana.
