This is a calm atmosphere shop located deep in an alley. The bite-sized dumplings are easy to eat, and it's fun to compare different types. There are also water dumplings with kelp broth and rich pot-cooked dumplings, which make you want to keep eating. They have a variety of meat dishes like grilled chicken, fried chicken, and horse sashimi, which are satisfying. There are also fish dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients, and the unexpected combinations are delightful. It seems like the shop is run by one person, so there might be a bit of a wait for service, but it's comfortable to relax and enjoy drinks at a leisurely pace.
