When I ordered the offal hot pot set meal, a piping hot iron pot was brought to me, and my spirits lifted. The offal was tender and free of any unpleasant smell, and the rich seasoning made the rice go down easily. With plenty of ingredients, I could enjoy various textures, so I never got bored until the end. The fluffy, shiny rice was generously served, and I was delighted by the miso soup and the lightly pickled radish with a hint of yuzu. The spacious interior of the restaurant felt cozy like my family home, and they welcomed me warmly even as a first-time visitor. It was a charming diner found along the mountain pass, and I was completely satisfied both in my stomach and heart.
