★★☆☆☆☆ [2.9 Feast Kuroki @ Asakusabashi *Eating Log 3.91 Ramen Hyakumeiten 2019 We went to one of the most popular restaurants in Tokyo, Kuroki! We ordered the Fujigen Pork Soba with Soy Sauce, which was on the regular menu but was limited to only 5 servings 🍜. What a complex taste! The truffle soup that comes along with it ✨It seems that this soup can be drunk as it is, dipped in noodles, or poured over noodles. Well, I guess a gourmand would call this delicious, but I'm not a gourmand or anything, so I don't know💦. I'm sure the ingredients and effort must be great, but to my stupid tongue😅.

✏️〗〖Chiyoda〗Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo ------------------------ Once back to Nagoya from Kyoto, After helping out at school and working part-time I went to Tokyo the next week for a short stay 🚅. I'm going to show you only 4 restaurants. First of all, here is the first one 🍜. It is one of the restaurants that were given the 100 best restaurants in the food log and was chosen as a Bib Gourmand in 2017 (^^). The interior and signage are full of luxury and looks like a Japanese restaurant. The owner is a person who has studied a wide range of food, including Japanese and Italian cuisine. Recently, there are many ramen shops that are too delicious. I mean, it's to the point where I wonder what ramen is all about anymore. Ramen is such a world from the beginning. ⁉️ lol! : : : :. 🍀Salt Soba (💴1000) Price is higher than normal🤔. I'm torn between shoyu and shio.... I went for the shio one that was on top this time 🤔. Toppings Menma, Kujo leeks, chicken, dried tomatoes, and other unusual toppings. Koshu Chicken, Tanba Black Chicken, Kyoto Duck, Kurobuta Pork, and other animals. Rausu kelp, vegetables, and other ingredients are combined to create a soft, lightly flavored broth. Kaeshi salt is blended with five different kinds of salt to create a mellow taste. You can choose between thin or flat noodles, and I chose thin noodles. The straight noodles are a blend of Minamino Kaori (Fukuoka), Yumechikara, and Aoba no Koi (Miyagi). The noodles are crispy and firm, and the astringent taste of wheat can be felt. In the latter half of the bowl, the ginger was gradually mixed in, and the bowl transformed into a crisp one. It was very elegant.
