As I pass through the noren (fabric divider), I feel a warmth like that of home, which is comforting. The Koshihikari rice from Uonuma is glossy and fragrant, making it irresistibly delicious and tempting to have seconds. The Sanma noodles are well-coated with a mixture of ground meat and bean sprouts, creating a flavor that makes you want to slurp the noodles. The crunchy texture of the bean sprouts is enjoyable, and I naturally end up drinking the soup as well. There are table seats and tatami mat areas, which is nice for a leisurely time. The warmth that seems to come from a long-standing establishment makes me feel calm even after the meal.
