I am happy to enjoy a plate that combines hamburger and fried chicken. The demi-glace hamburger is rich and can be eaten without getting tired of it until the end. The vegetables go well with the bagna càuda and are very enjoyable. The kinpira and carrots have a mild flavor, creating a good overall balance. There are also dishes using koji, and the grilled yellowtail left a particularly strong impression. I was able to thoroughly enjoy the strawberry roll cake after the meal, which warmed my heart.
