2020/02/02 San uses a wide variety of pasta and ingredients that are carefully selected. Lineup -Tochiot and ricotta cheese salad🍓. -Campagne -Mackerel ragout (bucatini) -Chestnut Roll Cake 🌰. All the dishes were innovative and fresh. It was too mature for me. The salad with cheese and olive oil. Salad with cheese and olive oil. Black peppercorns in the salad, Campagne served with mustard outside. Mackerel, tomatoes, and onions are tossed with thick bucatini pasta and the tomato-based sauce goes well with it. The chestnut roll cake for dessert was surprisingly large and thick! I was surprised at the size and thickness of the chestnut roll cake! It was a full-course meal that was very satisfying. Children are not usually allowed in the restaurant. Please be careful when you visit.
