A ramen shop famous for its offal stew ramen

Marukatsu is a ramen shop located just a 3-minute walk from Minami-Nagareyama Station, renowned for its offal stew ramen. The interior is slightly dim, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a cozy drinking establishment. Their house-made fried chicken and fresh liver stir-fry are also exquisite, making it worth a visit.

I went to a noodle tavern located just a short distance from Nanryōshan Station. The miso soup with offal ramen is surprisingly rich, making it feel like you are really eating a stew. The tender and bouncy offal is piled high, and with every bite, the umami spreads. The thick, curly noodles have a strong chewiness and pair well with the soup, keeping it interesting until the last bite. The crispness of the garlic chives and green onions, along with the fun of adding a bit of spice, makes it hard to put down the chopsticks. The place has both counter and table seating, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy noodles while casually drinking.
