The second floor has plenty of seating and is comfortable to spend time in. The meat is delicious, and I was particularly impressed by the taste of the premium short ribs and beef tongue. The spicy miso offal has a rich flavor, and I appreciate that they also have salt and soy sauce available. The cold noodles are visually appealing, and the fact that they don't contain any fruit is perfect for me. I also like the salad dressing, and the garlic chive nanban short ribs allow you to choose the level of spiciness, which is incredibly tasty. The staff had great timing when checking in, and they were very pleasant when changing the grill, making it a fun dining experience until the end.
