The interior of the restaurant is clean and well-ventilated, allowing you to enjoy charcoal-grilled dishes comfortably. Quickly grilling tongue on a shichirin and squeezing lemon enhances the aroma, making it the best. The specialty Kesennuma hormone has a garlic-infused seasoning, and when paired with cabbage, the umami multiplies. The thick-cut heart tongue and sagari are also juicy, with a strong charcoal aroma that makes it hard to put down your chopsticks. When you wash it down with a chilled black label draft beer, it pairs perfectly with the miso-flavored hormone. The owner, who runs the shop alone, is skilled and creates a friendly atmosphere, allowing for a fun time throughout.
