There are many seasonal recommendations, and just looking at the menu makes me excited. The warm soba has a rich broth that clings well to the noodles, and I was completely absorbed in eating it until the end. The crispy tempura is infused with umami in the batter, and it pairs perfectly with the aroma of the dipping sauce. Even though it's a soba shop, the ramen they offer is also rich, and I couldn't help but finish the soup. There are many brands of sake lined up, making it fun to choose even just for a light drink. I can park my car behind the shop, so I can share and enjoy various dishes with my friends, and I'm very satisfied.
