Here, you can enjoy dishes that showcase the skills of a traditional tofu maker and years of experience in Japanese cuisine. The freshly fried, fragrant thick fried tofu and the fluffy, smooth cold tofu are particularly impressive. The agedashi tofu is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, making it hard to stop eating. The sashimi is fresh, and the tempura and fried horse mackerel also provide a satisfying experience. There are counter seats and partitioned spaces, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Even the rice and miso soup are prepared with care, reflecting the overall quality of the work.
