Upon entering the shop, you are greeted by the fragrant aroma of buckwheat flour and a warm wooden space. The impressive single-slab counter and log chairs create a sense of excitement just by sitting down. The bright and spacious interior also has private rooms, providing a relaxed atmosphere. The rustic-style grated soba has a strong chewiness, and the flavor of the buckwheat is distinctly felt, which was very satisfying. After the meal, there is a self-service coffee option, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the lingering taste. The menu is extensive, and just imagining what to choose next is enjoyable; I believe this is a shop that soba lovers cannot resist.
