The noodles made from locally sourced buckwheat flour had a rich aroma and a smooth texture. The grated soba was a refreshing combination of spicy daikon and mild dipping sauce, allowing for a delightful taste until the end. The zaru soba was served chilled and had a strong chewiness that made my heart dance the moment I slurped it. The salt rice ball we ordered alongside it highlighted the sweetness and chewy texture of the rice, making it strangely addictive. The thick soba broth poured after the meal spread a gentle flavor of bonito and kelp, warming my body comfortably. Thanks to the warm hospitality, I thoroughly enjoyed a leisurely soba time and was very satisfied.
