It's a small shop with only a counter, where you can spend a relaxing time. The skewers grilled over charcoal are fragrant on the outside and juicy on the inside, with flavors that spread. The chicken breast is slightly rare, and when paired with wasabi, the umami stands out. The liver is free of any unpleasant smell and has a pleasant texture, while the meatballs have just the right amount of elasticity, making them satisfying. They serve one skewer at a time at a good pace, allowing you to enjoy them thoroughly. The finishing touch of the minced meat bowl, homemade pickles, and even the cherry tomato skewers are all delicious and bring a smile to your face.
