The noodles were cooked al dente, and the carbonara sauce was rich and creamy, satisfying even a carbonara enthusiast like myself. The mibuna added a balanced flavor without being overly rich. (Tax included: 930 yen)

Black Pork and Kikuna Oroshi White Miso Soup
Contrary to its appearance, it was quite light. I was surprised to find out that what I thought was a pattern on the plate was actually miso. However, despite being called white miso soup, the miso flavor was not prominent and it was a bit disappointing. (Tax included ¥1080)
