The interior, with its high ceiling and natural light pouring in, has a very open and spacious feel. The appetizer plate features a little bit of salad and carrot rillettes, making it visually stunning and enjoyable. The hot shirasu (whitebait) ajillo had a wonderful aroma of olive oil, and I couldn't stop dipping the bread. The slowly simmered tuna in tomato sauce was rich in flavor, and I enjoyed the sauce thoroughly. The paella had the essence of the ingredients infused into the rice, spreading a savory aroma and taste with every bite. It's a lovely place where you can relax with your pet at the terrace seating, making it a great spot for everyone to unwind.

The starter plate includes a little bit of everything, such as salad, carrot rapé, and potato salad with anchovies. The shirasu (whitebait) ajillo is bubbling hot, and when soaked in baguette, the aroma of olive oil spreads. The tuna stew is rich in flavor, making you want to keep eating the bread. The fluffy Spanish omelet and the creamy seafood sauce each have their own unique character, keeping things interesting. The finishing paella is infused with the umami from the ingredients, and the moment of sharing it together is incredibly exciting.
