We enjoyed the fusilli lungi and continued our visit from last week. We enjoyed the same pasta today with a different pairing.(^o^) This time, the appetizer arrangement was wonderfully impactful zucchini. The main restaurant here has an outstanding storefront and atmosphere. Il Paciocchione Caseificio in Tokyo is happy because they serve delicious burrata. Next month I will be able to visit the store in Niigata City. I feel a connection(^o^) I was able to secure a lot of food in Joetsu. Lucky(^o^)
I visited to celebrate her graduation from graduate school, and the atmosphere was the best. The chef's kind words and the warm ambiance were palpable, and she was very happy! It was the most impressive and delicious dining experience I've ever had, far surpassing any other restaurant I've been to! I would like to visit again for future celebrations! This has been my favorite restaurant for over 20 years (since the previous location). The atmosphere and the staff's response have remained wonderful, both now and in the past. The dishes, whether seasonal menus using fresh ingredients or classic options, are all exceptionally delicious, no matter what you choose. I highly recommend it for special days with loved ones, including partners and family.
I look forward to enjoying dishes made with seasonal ingredients every time I go, so I'm always excited to see what I can taste. This time, I went to celebrate a family birthday. I enjoyed summer vegetables and swordfish in pizzas and meat and fish dishes. They also celebrated the birthday for us, and I was very satisfied.
Since it was GW, there was no lunch course, which was disappointing, but I had another course that was incredibly delicious. The portion was just right. This time I chose pasta instead of pizza, so I thought I would like to eat pizza next time.
This is unrelated to the meal, but while I was eating, I heard the staff speaking in Italian⁉ (not Japanese), and it sounded like they were angry, so I thought it would be better if it was quieter while eating.
A long time ago, I remembered the atmosphere when I traveled to Italy. The food was delicious, and the ambiance, the staff's hospitality, everything was extraordinary in the midst of everyday life. I thought I would like to go again.
The interior has a sense of luxury, the food is delicious and generous in portion, and it was great. The view of the garden was also nice, with well-maintained flowers. I thought the staff were friendly and easy to talk to, which was also good.
The recommended white asparagus was really delicious!
